The Character

Name: Uchiha Mitsukai

Personality:
To describe Mitsukai in as few words as possible, well that would really depend on who you were to him. If you are a member of his village who has either proven yourself as an ally, or at least not proven yourself as an enemy, well Mitsukai will treat you nicely, being calm, courteous, patient, all in all a saint. He loves his village more than anything and will gladly give his life to protect it, and the people who call it home. He truly does not feel that there is any job too small or unimportant for him to take on, from babysitting a kitten, to protecting the Daimyo he will happily do it just to be of use. And while he may seem like a big softy, he does have a bit of a temper and can not stand disrespect, especially when it is aimed at superiors, heaven help you should he be the superior you are disrespecting. Their are only two triggers he has that would lead to you getting burnt even quicker, attacking the village, or endangering an innocent unnecessarily.

On the other side of the coin, if you have proven yourself to be an enemy to the village he will fight you, without restraint, using every trick in his bag to put you down, at least temporarily, though he still will prefer to bring you in alive. Should that not be a possibility he will not hesitate to put an end to your life and bring your corpse back.

Appearance:
Physical Description: Mitsukai's physical appearance does not match that of your stereotypical Uchiha, not by a long shot. Where the Uchiha clan is known for their black hair and eyes when not using the sharingan, his are quite colorful, courtesy of his father that is. His short spiky hair has two separate colors the ends being a very bright red, almost like fresh spilled blood. The roots are a vibrant blue, the contrast between the two colors is something that you could only ever find in anime, well unless you are playing with dye bottles. Though on him it is completely natural (he can even prove it). His eyes are also a bright blue, and his brilliant smile is almost always showing.

His skin is slight tan from head to toe, even the area's normally covered by his gear, and his build is slight, thin yet filled with tightly packed muscle that shows greater strength than it appears that he has. There is a deep scar on the left side of his body where sword was lodged in his rib from someone trying to split him in half.

Mitsukai's Face:

Clothes: Mitsukai's outfit is quite normal for a Chuunin plus member of Konoha no Sato, though belonging to the village of Kumo, he tends to wear a dark blue skin tight long sleeve shirt under his utility vest, that he was given upon reaching the rank of Chuunin, though it was customized to have the Uchiha symbol on the back. His pants are a pair of long loose fitting black jeans, holsters strapped to his legs, his forehead protector is worn on his head, on a black band, and a pouch for extra tools on his back, hell to be honest aside from the uchiha symbol and black headband his clothes could belong to any dime-a-dozen Konoha chuunin or Jounin.

Description: Further training in the art of killing and brute force has lead the ninja down a road full of power. They can now lift objects up to two times heavier than they are, and their physical strength has also improved to about twice as great compared to ninja of equal rank. By now the shinobi can punch a log in half, and even crack stone with their bare hands. The increase in strength has also blessed them with the ability to jump significantly higher than their peers, though this not exactly a useful benefit. Smaller bones are easier to break with full powered punches or kicks.

Mutually exclusive with Physical God, as a user may not have both. Neither the cost reduction nor cost increase affect Upkeep.

Description: TAn eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there. While active the user's ability to perceive genjutsu up to rank A cast by users of equal or lower rank than the wielder, and makes the user immune to all visual genjutsu up to B-rank and all other genjutsu of C-rank and below. Users of this Sharingan level can now predict their opponents moves with great accuracy. The only known way to obtain the Mangekyou is to kill your best friend. However, there said to be other ways. The Mangekyou allows the user to use up to of Four Legendary Techniques, that are said to be some of the strongest jutsus in existence.

Description:  Amaterasu, named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. This jutsu is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks, usage of the ability will degrade the eye further and lead the user to blindness.

Description: The user first releases their entire Susano'o in front of them in an unconscious state. They can then physically hold an object in one hand while their other hand is on Susano'o's face. The user may seal more than one object within Susano'o at a time, but only one per use of this technique. Afterward, Susano'o is sealed back within the user; the next time they are summoned, they will have access to the object sealed within them, such as a special sword or shield. Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user will use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

Description: Kirin is a Ninjutsu developed out of the original Chidori technique. The user will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon their target. Because they are merely channeling the naturally created lightning, the user is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

If the weather is not favorable for this technique the user can first launch a half-dozen fireballs into the sky above using their Gouryuuka jutsu. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds.

The increase in speed will also grant him reflexes on par with Yondaime Hokage. These abilities will also be used in conjunction with his already powerful Taijutsu to create even deadlier attacks.

Description:  Ephemeral is a Genjutsu technique started by using only one finger on the casters right hand to catch the targets attention. The target does not have to look into the casters eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, the caster can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Name: Twin Kodachi's

Description: Appearing as a normal katana, the second sword has a hidden handle at the end of the scabbard. A very firm and secure fit, this sword can be carried or worn without the hidden blade coming loose or making a sound. Mitsukai tends to wear this horizontally across the small of his back with the visible sword on his right side.

Description: One of Mitsukai's favorite weapons the Souba is worn at his waist, its overall length is approximately 40 inches and when he draws it it looks like a single sword with two blades close together. When used like that the distance between the cuts of both blades makes it harder for wounds to heal under normal methods such as stitching and bandages. The blades can be pulled appart into two separate swords.
