Mist Extraction Empty Mist Extraction

Mon Oct 09, 2017 10:50 am
Long had I called the Land of Mist my home. While I'd been living here as a sellsword, and been known fairly well for it, there was one thing I'd never thought I'd see. A letter requesting that I obey another village's Kage. This letter was handed to me by a green ninja from inside Kirigakure, so I assumed they'd received it from another, but the message was clear.

I was to cease all outstanding mercenary contracts, and to await them. They would be here soon. Whoever sent it, they were highly ranked, evident by the seal's indication. They also might just be able to outpace me if I did choose to run. I had my options. Wait it out, or attempt to flee elsewhere. While some would have fled, I chose to remain, curious as to the identity of whoever thought they could make demands of someone like me.

"Why would someone in a position such as yours go out of their way to have a meeting with someone of lesser stature? Seems like a waste to me, then again, many things seem wasteful in my eyes," the beast would grumble under her breath from her world within the woman. "Now, Mata, nobody is of lesser stature compared to anyone. As far as I'm concerned, everyone is the same as everyone, until proven otherwise. Besides, we don't even know what this one iis like yet," Mei would return words to the feline in more of a sweet, encouraging manner than anything. Her smile was so bright, even in such a drab, misty place as Kirigakure was. She could rememebr the many times she came to this village and the many reasons, whether good or bad. She could remember the people she came with and the people she met, yet she wasn't so sure they would remember her for she didn't know what came of most of them, nonetheless she didn't need to. Mei would walk along with her young, teenage companion having spoken to her much of the time about a number of topics from information, to random facts, to stories, to lessons, to training advice, etc. Anything and everything that either made sense or didn't she spoke.

Once within the village of Kirigakure, Mei would turn a softer, yet more serious shade as not to startle the girl with her. In a calm voice, Mei would speak to the girl, "I understand you can more than likely handle yourself, but you never know what circumstance you'll run into. Just try to stay near me, ok?" Although it seemed to be Kazekage type duties, Mei sure didn't dress for the part. She wore tight, black pants and boots to match, she wore a white top (resembling that of a sportsbra) showing off her seal upon her stomach, however she claims it to be a sort of clan tattoo.

Upon coming to a small shack, Mei would light up for she throroughly enjoyed the sheltered area. It was just small enough to be secretive and just rickety enough to keep the bypassers away. Although, it was actually highly stable and a base for the most important meetings within the city, for she had been in such one on one positions within the shack many times. Besides, they had wonderful refreshments and snacks. Now, Mei only wondered what type of individual she would be working with.

Mist Extraction Empty Re: Mist Extraction

A sturdy gaze was cast my way from under a shelter, not too far from where I stood. Her eyes were filled with all sorts of questions, as well as a playful tone which captured my attention. Though to be fair, her choice of attire caught me as well. It seemed deliberate though, seeing as she'd come with someone much younger than her. Perhaps attention. I'd appear in front of her in one fluid movement. The resulting backdraft would toss the humidity in her direction, as well as enough to ruffle her hair.

"I take it this is what you were here for." I would say, handing her the letter. "Being a sellsword has been my entire life, and you would like to take that away from me? What is it that you want?" While my first instinct was to appear hostile, ready to fight, my gaze shifted up and down her body, examining her and her companion. Her outfight was made of leather, and tightly bound, accentuating her curves and overall form. On her stomach was a set of markings, something strange, but nothing I understood or recognized. Her eyes shimmered in the low light, and then I noticed her dichromatic set. One green, one blue. The girl at her side struck me as uninteresting, though I noticed that her general demeanor indicated that she was not to be taken lightly.

The young girl who was with the Kazekage tensed as the man moved forward, but it seemed as though she was unable to keep track of him herself. Luckily she didn't need to as chakra tugged at her body and , as she didn't fight it, was now causing her to move forward and bring a kunai up so that when the man stopped there was a blade at his neck. The girl's face looked like she was pained by the speed she had just moved, but there was no true pain. Not really.

The chakra's control slacked slightly and the girls arm dropped, but she remained defiant and smirking as if using that as a warning to the man's fate if he tried anything further. She didn't say anything though since he had directly addressed the Kazekage.

Hidden out of sight, but keeping a watchful eye on the situation, was another Suna Ninja one that while not quite at this man's level, was close enough that his speed hadn't bypassed her skill. She was the true escort of the Kazekage. the other girl merely her puppet acting as the face of the protection. She remained hidden however by using the Cloak of Invisibility technique most academy students are taught. Causing her to blend in with her surroundings and allowing her to move practically unseen and nearby should the duo move away from the area during their discussion.

Mei would watch as the man moved towards her, her odd eyes gazed upon his every move whether he knew so or not. Her long, dark brown hair would sway as the wind from his speed would make contact with it, however Mei didn't bat a single eye, even as her young companion moved to her aid. Certainly, Mei wouldn't need the aid, yet it was the responsibility of the girl as her "escort" to protect her with everything she had, even if she wasn't as strong as she would be one day. The odd eyed woman would smile placing her hand upon the puppet's head taking the letter she had hand written herself just for this man's attention.

She would cross her arms just under her breasts making them quite a bit more prominent to his lustful eye while smiling gently, "Well, your display as well as your looks are quite the charm on my watchful eye. I would desire nothing more than for you to come to my home and work for me. Of course, I can give you anything you'd wish.. a cozy home, a deal of cash, a place in my office." The Kazekage would then take a step closer to the man leaving the puppet standing next to her. If he allowed it, Mei would lean near his ear.
"Maybe you'd like.. me," the woman would lean back with a grin and a wink that would quickly turn into an innocent smile. "The name's Mei. Mei Tsaki. Kazekage of Sunagakure," she would then step away from him and lean on the edge of the smooth wooden counter.

Mist Extraction Empty Re: Mist Extraction

Upon her receipt of the letter, the woman would smirk, crossing her arms in a suggestive fashion. Her chest was subsequently accented by her movement, an act which would charm any man with some sense. She whispered in the same playful tone her body did, talking of how she'd intended to call me to her village not for business, but more among the lines of pleasure. Though she did say something about working, she did offer me a home, money, power... did I just hear a staggeringly beauty like her offer herself?

That little bit, as subtle and as well timed as it was, got to the root of it. Every aspect of me responded in time to her flirtatious one-liner, including a slight reddening of my face. I would try to remain composed, but the wink she gave me destroyed any chance of that. So the sellsword was sold, to the woman with leather and playful glee. Upon introducing herself as Mei Tsaki, I pondered over the prettiness of the name, along with its stature. Then I heard her say Kazekage and remembered the letter. As her body caressed the counter nearby, I knelt for the first time in my life. A sellsword knew no honor, especially one like me who had been cast away from everything he had rightfully earned.

So then, kneeling before the Kazekage, I gripped my blade, unsheathing it, and imparting it into the earth. "I, Souma Hiruma, a man without honor have been shown unprecedented mercy by the Lady of Sunagakure. One such as I has no place in a court or office, and yet you offer me food and drink, as well as shelter. For that, I would surely go with you. From this day forward, I pledge my life to you, Lady Tsaki. I will then have honor, as it is for you I will now fight." At the last of my pledge, I would bow my head, lowering myself, feeling as though I did not deserve this. After all, what would a man like me do with riches and fame? Blow it all on liquor?

I still could not deny that at this point, I would probably never get a chance like this again. Living in this land was a bloody curse. We mercenaries lived day by day, hoping to scrape by as sellswords became less of need. Not to mention we could not properly call any place home. We were unwanted as is. Not to mention some feared us too much to believe we could ever show kindness. Perhaps this was a new start.

Mei would grin as she saw every aspect of this man's composure fade with the sight of her seductive being. Her odd eyes would stay layed upon the man's own body as he seemed to melt down in front of her from his reddened features to his flustered expressions. She saw the switch flip as her arms held her chest in place, she felt the heat from his face as she leaned in close, and she watched the walls crumble on his defenses ending it all. From what Mei could see, she had won the moment he noticed her beautiful appearance and curvature.

This man would sink to his knees in front of her concerning the woman a bit seeing as nobody had ever kneeled before her, unless they were her shinobi. As he spoke his words, Mei's mouth would curve into a genuine smile and a small giggke would escape her lips. She enjoyed this man already, even if he was simply a little pawn in her eyes, at least for now. She would walk over to the man as she stood directly above him, however she would lean forward just enough for the top of her breasts to show, then she would smile. "Well, Mr.
Hiruma, or may I call you Souma? I don't think there's any reason for you to be so hard on yourself, nor be so formal in my presense. I mean, you're part of my village now right? However, I would like you to promise me one thing,"
the woman would wait to see if Souma was interested before continuing. Her odd eyes would look ahead as her body rose to a normal standing position, "I like you. Promise me you won't leave my side for a moment. I'd like to claim you as my own."

Whether the man would agree or not, Mei would signal for her two followers to exit the small shack, as she would begin the journey back home. She hated this wet atmosphere just as Matatabi did, so she wanted to leave quickly before her feline companion became any more irritated with her.

Mist Extraction Empty Re: Mist Extraction

Every movement of hers was deliberate and planned out. Her body was visually appealing to a man such as I, as it would be to most men. It was apparent in her bearing that she could do no more than flaunt her well-established ability to coerce me. However, as playful as she was, she was smiling rather genuinely. She spoke to me aloud, and in turn responded. "I apologize. You may call me Souma, if you would like. Though I have nothing to lose, everything to gain. Living off of whoever was willing to give me a few coins for whatever rotten job they had in mind was about all I could manage. As for you...." I paused for a few moments, meeting her gaze with a bit of my own playfulness, rising from underneath ages of heavily caked tarnish. "Rather than remain here in the slums of Kirigakure, waiting for my next meal... I would be more than happy to remain at your side. I swear on my blade that I will serve you from here on."

As she dismissed her attendants, I removed the band on my left arm, leaving it in the mud. I had no intention of retrieving it. I quickly took her rear-left flank, beginning the journey to what would be better than this place. After all, the life of a sellsword isn't all that great. No honor, no company, little food and drink. It was clear at least two of those would change. I found my gaze drifting to the beautifully smooth cheek of the woman I was now in tow with. They were soft, and glistened in the mist, but they also seemed rather serious. It would seem she wasn't a manipulative airhead at least. Someone that aware and focused must be someone of reasonably sound mind.
