This process takes time and can only use one. on top of this the water must be in physical contact and dissolves after being thrown 3 meters but makes a puddle that can then be used again "does not work in extremely hot places like volcanic regains and deserts in the day time". C can use 2 or 3 spears at a time as well as increases sharpness but still need physical contact. Distance is also increased from 3 meters to 5.

Description: D the user infuses chakra into a puddle of water to activate when stepted on a weaker version of the water spears jutsu automatically at this stange it only form spear and it does not shoot out of the water but protrudes rapidly and requires physical hand contact to set up can only do this in puddles and water containers. C at this stage the water spear jutsu now has multiple spikes that shoot out and can now be used on damp soil and is also able to be prematurely detonated at a range of 2 meters.
